This Journey offers a complete exploration of the diverse landscapes and cultures of Nepal, combining Himalayan trekking, cultural discovery, and wildlife experiences. The journey begins in Kathmandu, where travelers visit historic landmarks and prepare for the expedition. The program is professionally guided by a certified UIMLA Mountain Leader, ensuring high safety standards, expert navigation, and in-depth local knowledge throughout the journey.
The main highlight is the remote trek around Mount Manaslu (8,163 m), one of Nepal’s most scenic and less crowded trekking regions. The route passes through traditional villages, forests, and alpine landscapes, allowing gradual acclimatization before crossing the spectacular Larkya La Pass (5,160 m). Along the way, travelers experience authentic Himalayan culture, breathtaking mountain views, and professional guidance from an experienced mountain leader.
After completing the trek, the journey continues to the subtropical lowlands of Chitwan for relaxation and wildlife activities. Guests enjoy jungle safaris, nature walks, and cultural encounters, providing a perfect contrast to the high mountains. The program concludes with a return to Kathmandu for final sightseeing and departure, creating a well-balanced adventure combining trekking, culture, and nature.

Our tour of the Kathmandu Valley will take us to some of the most emblematic places of Nepal, all full of history and culture.
We begin at Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Tibetan stupas in the world. Surrounded by monasteries, it is a spiritual center where visitors can walk in meditation among prayer wheels and colorful prayer flags.
At Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu temple on the banks of the Bagmati River, we will explore the ghats and temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. The Aarati ceremony in the afternoon along the river is a special experience.
Our last stop is Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the historic center of the city. The square houses grand palaces, temples, and the residence of the living goddess, Kumari Ghar, showing the majesty of the Malla era.
Today we take a vehicle from Kathmandu to Jagat.We enter the restricted Manaslu Conservation Area. Overnight in the village of Salleri.

We will reach Manaslu Base Camp in the morning. There we will find the most impressive views of the entire trek and we will be surrounded 360º by the giants of the Himalayas.
We will return for lunch and rest in Sama Gaon. This day will help us acclimatize before reaching the Larkya La pass.

Today we will reach the last village in the area, Samdo, where barely 200 people live.
The route will be quite calm. In the afternoon we will climb about 400 meters to acclimatize while observing the mountains from a different perspective.

Today’s route passes by the Larkey glacier before reaching Dharmashala. From today we return to alpine landscapes.

The queen stage of the trek arrives. We will cross the highest pass at 5,160 meters altitude.The terrain is glacial moraine, rocky and sometimes covered with snow. The view from here is unforgettable. We will see Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kangguru and the magnificent Annapurna II.
Afterwards, we will descend to Bhimtang, from where we will see the northwest face of Manaslu.

We say goodbye to the impressive mountain views and enter dense forest of conifers, blue pine and oak until reaching Goa, a cozy wooden cabin camp.

On the last day of trekking we will walk a couple of hours until reaching Dharapani, from where we will take a jeep to the city of Besisahar, and from there take transport to Chitwan.
Today is dedicated to exploring the natural beauty and wildlife of Chitwan. After breakfast, guests participate in guided jungle activities within the national park. These typically include a jeep safari through dense forest and grasslands, offering opportunities to spot wildlife such as the one-horned rhinoceros, deer, monkeys, wild boar, and, with luck, the Bengal tiger.
Additional activities may include a canoe ride along the Rapti River to observe crocodiles and aquatic birdlife, as well as a guided nature walk led by experienced naturalists who provide insight into the flora and fauna of the region. Bird watching is also a highlight, especially in the early morning and late afternoon.
In the evening, you may enjoy a traditional Tharu cultural program featuring local dance and music, followed by dinner at the lodge. Overnight stay in Chitwan.
After breakfast, we depart from Chitwan and begin the return journey to Kathmandu by road. The drive follows the Prithvi Highway along river valleys, terraced hills, and small rural settlements. The journey offers scenic views and a gradual transition from the tropical plains back to the hill landscapes surrounding the capital.
After having breakfast, we will begin our tour by visiting the Bhaktapur, there you will see Newari architecture, the square features intricately carved temples, courtyards, and monuments dating back to the Malla period, including the iconic 55-Window Palace and Nyatapola Temple. Beyond its architectural significance, it remains a vibrant cultural center where traditional crafts, festivals, and daily life continue to reflect centuries-old heritage, offering you an authentic insight into Nepal’s historical and artistic legacy.
